Saltwater Catering will be providing a daily lunch program for your student. With our system, you have the flexibility to place orders monthly, weekly or daily, it’s all up to you. Every day we provide both hot and cold meal lunch options, all of which include a main entrée with sides and a drink. We will provide a monthly menu via school email blast and the full menus will be on our website - www.saltwatercateringco.com

To set up an account, email [email protected] with

• Your full name
• Your best contact email
• Student’s full name & grade
  Give us at least 24 hours in order to set up the account
  

Below are the highlights of how the program operates:

• All orders & payment must be placed though our online ordering system by midnight the day before a meal is needed. You will not be able to access the current day’s menu online.
• Meals are to be paid for when placing orders; all accounts must remain positive.
• Payments are made through PayPal on the website. There is a convenience fee of 2.99% + .30.
  There is also an option under the website on PayPal to Check out as Guest if you choose not to utilize a PayPal account. You may send checks, cash or money orders labelled for SWC to the front office.
• Your account will always show and have a record of any transactions done within the account.
• Most meals are $5.25 and include main entrée, 2 sides, & drink Pizza $6.00
• Daily there is 1 hot meal selection and 15 cold meal selections to pick from. The cold meals are standard each day of the week.
• All meals will include a Juice box or water bottle. Milk can be purchased separately.
• To cancel a lunch, if your child is sick or will not be at school, please cancel order directly from your account (must be done by midnight prior) If current day, please contact me no later than 8:30 am via phone text (include you child’s name and school) 727-515-9585; Otherwise the charge will remain on the account.
• If your child shows up for school without a lunch, and you cannot bring them a lunch, they will receive a meal from us for that day. Your account will be billed accordingly along with additional $ .50 charge. Payment is expected as soon as possible.
• If accounts remain negative, we reserve the right to disable the account and defer your account to the school office.

Every family interested in the lunch program will need to email Saltwater Catering at: [email protected] or [email protected]

Parents will provide the following information:

• Parent/guardian email address (one that is checked and can receive emails)
• Parent/guardian first and last names
• Child/children first and last name and grade (PS2, PS3, PK, K, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)

Once Saltwater Catering has this information, they will:

Set up the account and you will receive an email with your login information.

Everything for lunch will be handled at www.saltwatercateringco.com.

All information for ordering, payments, menus, and past orders will come from www.saltwatercateringco.com.
